SUMMIT Performance Systems was founded by Brian Kinahan in 2003.

Although our services are offered on a one-off, stand alone basis, they're actually individual parts of a comprehensive Strategic Management System. The Strategic Management System is a company-wide framework driven by the strategy (Balanced Scorecard) that directs operational, tactical, and people development activities.  It helps employees get in the habit of making daily choices that most support the strategy and long term goals.  To borrow from one of our clients who uses a rowing analogy to describe the benefits of our approach, you want to:

It takes time and persistence to upgrade the performance culture of your organization. And the use of measurements is a big part of it.  But there's no hurry.
