Our 2007 study explored the prevalence of several basic strategy and strategy execution practices in a limited number of local organizations.
Our 2008 study tapped a larger number of participants to explore the connection between common strategy execution practices and positive financial and employee engagement outcomes.
Our 2010 study examined generational employee engagement and the workplace conditions and practices that most affect it.
